JDN Assessment Certifications invites competitive bids from eligible vendors for supply of goods, services, and works in accordance with GFR 2017 and the Public Procurement Policy of the Government of India.

All procurement by JDN Assessment Certifications follows the General Financial Rules (GFR) 2017, Public Procurement Policy 2012, and guidelines issued by the Ministry of Finance and CVC.
All tender notices are published on CPPP (eprocure.gov.in), our website, and where applicable, in national newspapers.
Open competitive bidding is the default method. Limited tender and single-source procurement are used only under prescribed circumstances.
25% of annual procurement value is reserved for MSMEs. 4% of this is for SC/ST enterprises as per Public Procurement Policy.
Preference is given to domestically manufactured goods as per Department for Promotion of Industry & Internal Trade orders.
Purchases below threshold limits are made through the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal where goods/services are listed.
All contracts above ₹1 Crore are subject to an Integrity Pact with an Independent External Monitor as per CVC guidelines.
Follow these steps to submit a competitive bid for any JDN Assessment Certifications tender.
Create a vendor account on the Central Public Procurement Portal at eprocure.gov.in with your DSC.
Download the Tender Document, specifications, and SBD from CPPP or this page.
Attend the pre-bid meeting (where applicable) to seek clarifications. Submit queries in writing.
Prepare technical and financial envelopes as specified. Include all eligibility documents.
Submit your encrypted bid through CPPP before the deadline. Pay EMD as specified.
Bids are opened publicly on the date specified. Technically qualified bids proceed to financial evaluation.
